Privacy policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
Subscription Graveyard is run by Elliot Cornwell, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. I am the data controller for your personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Contact: .
What I collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name as provided by Google.
- Your subscription list: the names, prices, dates, categories, statuses and notes you type in.
- Purchase records: which plan you bought, its status and renewal date. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach this app.
- Basic technical data: anonymous page-visit statistics and error reports used to keep the app working.
I never connect to your bank and never ask for banking passwords or card numbers. Please don't put them in notes.
Why (lawful basis)
- To provide the service you signed up for and to supply paid plans — performance of a contract.
- To keep financial records required by HMRC — legal obligation.
- To keep the app secure and fix faults — legitimate interests.
I don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Where it's stored and who processes it
- Lovable / Lovable Cloud — hosting, sign-in and database.
- Stripe — payments, VAT and billing. See Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
On your device
The app stores your list and sign-in session in your browser's local storage so it works and keeps you signed in. These are strictly necessary, so no cookie banner is needed. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
How long I keep it
- Your list and account: until you delete them or ask me to.
- Purchase records: 6 years, as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your data, or object to how it's used. You can export and delete your list yourself in Settings. For anything else, use the and I'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, I'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users in the app.
