Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms are between you and Elliot Cornwell, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Subscription Graveyard ("I", "me"). By using the app you agree to them. Contact: .
What the app does
Subscription Graveyard helps you keep a manual list of your subscriptions and estimate what you spend and could save. It does not connect to your bank and cannot cancel anything for you — you must cancel with each provider yourself.
Not financial advice
All totals and savings are estimates based only on what you enter. They are not financial advice. Check figures against your bank statements before making decisions.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. Don't use the app for anything unlawful, try to break it, or access other people's data. I may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payment
- Free: up to 3 of your own subscriptions, with some features locked.
- Monthly: £2.49 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Annual: £19.99 per year, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Lifetime Access: £29.99 one-off, giving paid features for as long as the app is operated.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. I'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you're already on, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refunds & cancellation policy.
If the app closes
If I ever stop running the app, I'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data. Recurring plans will stop renewing. Lifetime customers who bought in the 12 months before the notice may request a pro-rata refund.
Availability
I aim to keep the app running and your data safe, but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own backup using the export in Settings.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or my liability for death or injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, I'm not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
I may update these terms and will change the date above when I do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
